12. Make triangular dumplings as shown below.

13. Brush a little oil on the steamer, put the wrapped triangular dumplings on the steamer, and leave a finger-width gap between each dumpling to prevent sticking.

14. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the purple sweet potato dumplings and simmer for 5 minutes until cooked.

15. The purple dumplings are ready to be enjoyed.
