The dried cucumbers you make yourself are crispy and delicious, and you can’t stop eating them after one bite. Here is the process of making your own dried cucumber:

1. Choose the best cucumbers. Remember, it is best to choose the cucumbers with yellow flowers on the top. These cucumbers are not only fresh but also thick. Remember, when choosing, it is best to pick the cucumbers that are thicker, have more bracts and more thorns.

2. After selecting the cucumbers, rinse them with clean water. Remember, you must rinse them clean and don't remove the two ends first, otherwise water will enter when you wash and change the texture of the cucumbers. It is best to use a sieve after washing, and then place them on a balcony in the backlight to dry naturally.

3. Start cutting the cucumber without water on the surface. Remember, don't cut it too thin, otherwise the cucumber will curl up and almost disappear when exposed to the shade. So, to cut thicker, you can cut parallel to the cucumber, so that it will be better to cut into long strips than cutting the cucumber vertically.

4. Put the cut cucumbers on the lid. Remember, just put one layer on it. Don’t put it too thick, otherwise the moisture will not be easy to dissipate, which is not conducive to the effect of drying the cucumbers. In this way, place the curtain in a dark but ventilated place, and after a few days, your dried cucumbers will be ready.
