1. Soak the shredded potatoes in water twice or more before frying. This is mainly to make the potatoes crispier. It is also very helpful for girls who want to lose weight as it washes away most of the starch.

2. Hemp oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and is very helpful for weight loss, so I chose it.
