Whether you can eat stomach-nourishing porridge depends on how you eat it

In this case, you can drink some yam porridge, millet porridge, carrot porridge, lotus root porridge, dried ginger porridge, etc., which are very good for nourishing the stomach. 1. Yam porridge

Ingredients: 100 grams of fresh yam, 100 grams of glutinous rice, 70 grams of white sugar.

Method: Wash and peel the fresh yam, cut into dices; wash the glutinous rice. Pour clean water into the pot, add glutinous rice and diced yam, bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer over low heat until the soup is thick. 2. Millet porridge

Ingredients: 50 grams of millet, appropriate amount of brown sugar.

Method: Pick out the mud and impurities from the millet, rinse it with clean water, put it in an aluminum pot and add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat and then simmer it over low heat.

Function: It can be eaten for those suffering from fatigue, tiredness, loss of appetite, and low milk supply caused by physical weakness, weak stomach, or postpartum weakness.

3. Carrot porridge

Ingredients: 3 carrots, 20 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 100 grams of polished rice.

Method: Cut the carrots into small pieces and cook them into porridge with Atractylodes macrocephala and glutinous rice.

Function: Soothes the middle and lower abdomen, relieves diaphragm and strengthens the stomach. It is suitable for patients with weak gastrointestinal digestive function and poor appetite.

4. Lotus root porridge

Ingredients: 250 grams of lotus root, 100 grams of polished rice, and 60 grams of white sugar.

Preparation method: Wash the lotus root, cut it into thin slices, put it into a pot with glutinous rice, add water and cook it into porridge, then add sugar.

Function: Strengthens the spleen and appetite, stops diarrhea and quenches thirst. Suitable for poor appetite, loose stools and diabetes.

5. Dried ginger porridge

Ingredients: 3 grams of dried ginger, 5 grams of galangal, and 100 grams of japonica rice.

Preparation method: First fry the dried ginger and galangal to extract the juice, remove the residue, then add the polished rice and cook into porridge.

Function: Warms the spleen and stomach, dispels cold and relieves pain. It is suitable for symptoms such as spleen and stomach deficiency and cold, cold pain in the heart and abdomen, vomiting, hiccups, vomiting of clear water, intestinal rumbling and diarrhea.
