The "fire" time is very short, only "three seconds". If it lasts longer than three seconds, the cabbage will no longer be crispy! At this time, quickly turn down the heat, add salt and MSG, shovel and turn off the heat

4. After turning off the heat, pour in steamed fish soy sauce to enhance the flavor of the dish. Ready
