How to cook fish fillet with tofu

9. Add cooked oil to the pot, add ginger slices and pickled chopped green onions and garlic slices, stir-fry until fragrant

11. Season again: add peppercorns, dark soy sauce, and aged vinegar

12. Add enough water to cover the fish fillets and bring to a boil over high heat

13. Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick slices

14. Put the cut tofu into the pot, boil it over high heat for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. You can add some salt as appropriate.

15. When the soup is very little, take out the tofu and put it on a plate. Then add a proper amount of cooking oil to the pan and fry the fish fillet again until fragrant and the soup is absorbed.

16. It's out of the pot and ready to eat. The two fish fillets are in the best position. When giving them to children, be sure to remove the bones. There is no fishy smell, only fragrance, a little sweet and salty, and a little sweet and sour. In short, it tastes great
