How to make braised chicken in casserole with fermented bean curd and mushrooms

1. Rinse the chicken and chop it into pieces. Chop the ginger, garlic and chili separately.

2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water. Rinse twice and remove any debris from the head. Cut into pieces.

3. Mix the chicken with fermented bean curd, light soy sauce, cornstarch and salt. Let sit for 10 minutes to let the flavor absorb.

4. Heat the pan and add a little oil. Pour the chicken into the pan and stir-fry over high heat until oil comes out.

5. Add the mushrooms and continue stir-frying to bring out the chicken fat. Cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Open the lid, stir-fry for a while, scoop the chicken into the casserole, cover the lid and simmer in the casserole for 5 to 10 minutes. Be careful not to stick to the pan in the middle.

7. After stewing, put some coriander or something like that on top to garnish it to increase appetite.
