1. Remove the tail of the snails, wash and drain

2. Prepare the ingredients

8. Put a bowl of water to cover the snails, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat.

9. Flatten the green pepper and cut into sections.

10. After the snails are boiled, add 2 tablespoons of cumin seeds

After about 11.8 minutes, add the green pepper segments, stir-fry for a while and then serve. (It is delicious to leave some soup, don't cook it too dry)
