How to make garlic fried meat

It is true that being able to eat is a blessing, because eating is directly related to our health. Eat well and you will be healthy. If you eat out all the year round, you must not eat well and naturally you are unhealthy. So in order to change all this, you now need to learn how to make fried pork with garlic with me.

1.1 Cut the garlic roots and garlic leaves into small pieces (not too long) and cut 3 small red peppers into small pieces

2.2 Cut the meat into shreds, add cornstarch, light soy sauce, salt (a little bit), and about 2ml of Golden Dragon Oil, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

8. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and salt (don’t add too much, control the amount of salt), continue to stir-fry, the vegetables will release water after adding salt, and you can remove from the pan after the water is dried up.
