Materials

Main ingredients: 1 bowl of flower mushrooms, 1 handful of rapeseed (small)

1. Soak the Fangxian mushrooms in hot water for 30 minutes in advance

2. Blanch the cabbage in boiling water with a little salt and a few drops of oil.

Cooking Tips

1. The small flower mushrooms from Fang County that I chose are very small, so you only need to soak them in hot water for 30 minutes in advance; if the flower mushrooms you choose are relatively large and thick, you can add water to steam them and then cut them into small pieces. Remember to save the water used to soak the flower mushrooms for later use;
