How to make dregs of tofu

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today I will introduce to housewives a dish of tofu that is suitable for family consumption.

1. Prepare the ingredients and soak the soybeans overnight.

2. Wash the Chinese cabbage and blanch it in boiling water.

3. Remove from the water and put into cold water.

4. Squeeze out the water and chop into small pieces.

5. Add the soaked beans, peanuts and a little water and crush them twice. Just rinse the peanuts, no need to soak them.

6. Pour the beaten bean juice and bean dregs into a small pot.

7. After boiling, add the bok choy.

8. Stir while cooking until the soup is reduced.

9. Add salt and stir slightly before serving. Leaving some soup will make it taste better.

10. Chop the pickles, green peppers, onions and coriander.

11. Add soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil to make the sauce and mix it for serving.
