5. Add oil to the wok, add the sauce from step 2, shredded green onion, ginger and green pepper, and stir-fry evenly.

6. Pour in tomato sauce, vinegar, a little soy sauce, a little cooking wine, and water starch

7. Finally, pour the fried meat slices into the sauce, stir-fry until each piece of meat is dipped in the sauce, sprinkle with chives, and the sour, sweet and fragrant pot-fried pork is ready.
