Seafood wontons with walnut and mushroom sauce

I always envy other people’s tables full of delicious food. So, here I will show you how to make seafood wontons with walnut and mushroom sauce.

1. Add eggs and salt to flour to make dough.

2. Relax for 20 minutes and set aside.

3. Place mushrooms in a food processor.

4. Add a little brandy and water and beat into a paste.

5. Take out the mushroom sauce from the food processor and set aside.

6. Cut the crab leg meat into dices with a knife and set aside.

7. Chop the shrimp meat into small pieces with a knife.

8. Then use the back of a knife to chop it into puree.

9.Mix the diced crab meat and shrimp paste.

10. Pour in a little brandy and mix well.

11. Season with salt and black pepper.

12. Take out the relaxed dough and roll it out with a rolling pin.

13. Roll out the dough into a thickness of 0.8 mm.

14. Then use an egg brush to apply pure egg liquid on the halfway point.

15. Divide the shrimp and crab fillings into several small balls and squeeze them evenly and neatly on the dough.

16. Then fold the other half of the dough in half to cover the filling.

17. Use your fingers to gently press the gaps between the dough wrapped with fillings, and then use a roller cutter to cut the dough into small rectangular squares.

18. The ravioli is ready. Place the ravioli on a bamboo mat and set aside.

19.Pour olive oil into a frying pan on high heat.

20. Heat the oil and stir-fry the minced garlic, then pour in the mushroom sauce and stir-fry.

21. Stir-fry the mushroom sauce over low heat for 5-8 minutes, add a little fresh cream, season with salt and pepper, stir well and set aside.

22. Pour a little brandy into the shrimp and squid rings for garnish and mix well.

23. Season the shrimp and squid rings with a little salt and pepper and set aside.

24. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add wontons and cook over high heat, then reduce to medium heat.

25. Cook the wontons for about 10 minutes and then remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.

26. Pour mushroom sauce on the wonton, then sprinkle the boiled shrimps, squid rings, bell peppers and fried walnut kernels on it. Finally, garnish with celery leaves and basil shreds and serve. You can also put three or four fried wontons on it for garnish. Now all operations are completed.
