6. Pour the braised pork liver and brine into a basin and wait for it to cool naturally.

7. Scoop a small amount of brine into the pot, add the remaining sugar and boil it into a thick sauce, then apply it evenly on the pork liver together with sesame oil.

8. Slice and serve, add a little sesame oil
