How to make rose fermented bean curd steamed pork

1.1 Put the pork belly slices into a large bowl; add pepper and salt powder, sugar, chili powder and minced ginger into the rose fermented bean curd juice, mix well and pour into the bowl and mix well

2.2 Wash the pork belly and cut it into slices. Don’t make it too thick. 0.6 cm is appropriate.

3.1 Use your hands to pinch the meat slices to make them evenly coated with the steamed meat powder and seasonings.

4.2 Add homemade steamed meat rice noodles into the bowl

5. Spread the meat slices flat and let them marinate for about 15 minutes to make them taste good.

6. Place the seasoned pork belly on a plate and set aside

7. Add enough water to the steamer, bring it to a boil over high heat, put the pork belly in the plate, and steam it until it is soft and tasty (about 45 minutes), then take it out and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
