1. Wash the peas, mushrooms, carrots, and fruit corn. Remove the fruit corn with a knife, and cut the mushrooms and carrots into small cubes.

3. Add oil to the pan, add carrot cubes, mushroom cubes, minced meat, corn kernels, add salt and soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

4. Pour in the black rice

8. Steam the wrapped siu mai for 15 minutes.
