1. Wash the glutinous rice, put it in a pressure cooker and press the cooking button to cook.

2. Prepare green beans, corn and sausage, and soak the mushrooms in advance.

3. Chop the mushrooms and sausage into small pieces.

4. Pour salad oil into the pan and stir-fry the mushrooms and sausages first.

5. Add green beans and corn and stir-fry until cooked.

6. Add the cooked glutinous rice, a little salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and mix well.

7. Prepare the dumpling wrappers and roll them thin. The ones that have been rolled are much bigger than those that have not been rolled.

8. Put the fried glutinous rice in the center of the dumpling skin.

9. Use your thumb and index finger to slowly close the opening.

10. Do it one by one.

11. Put it in the pot and steam for five minutes.
