How to make black fungus vermicelli buns

Are you still eating the same monotonous meals in the school or company cafeteria? Are you feeling frustrated about the tasteless meals? In fact, you don’t have to continue like this. If you have good cooking skills, I believe you will enjoy your meals and live a happier life. Well, let me introduce to you how to make black fungus vermicelli buns.

1.1 Prepare the filling while the dough is rising. Cut the fungus into thin strips, cut the green onion into thin strips, and mince the garlic. Cook the sweet potato vermicelli and chop it into small pieces. Cut the lean meat into minced meat. I used leftover minced meat from cooking.

2.2 Take 2-3 spoons of yeast and add 500 grams of warm water to knead the dough. Stir the flour into flocs with chopsticks while adding water, then knead it into dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. It can be used when there are honeycomb eyes. I like the dough to be a little softer, so that it is not so difficult to knead, and the buns made from it will also have a softer texture.

3.1 Add black fungus and stir fry

4.2 When the oil is hot, add a few peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant. It’s just a matter of personal taste. Optional. Add minced meat and stir fry. Add onion and garlic after the minced meat changes color. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, rice wine and black pepper.

5.1 Take the fermented dough and add appropriate amount of dry flour to knead it until it is smooth and soft to a moderate hardness.

6.2 Add vermicelli and stir-fry, then add salt and chicken essence to season. The filling is ready.

7. Roll the dough into strips, cut into small pieces, and roll them into small round cakes that are neither too thick nor too thin.

8. After wrapping the filling, apply cooking oil on the grate so that it will be easy to take off and it will not stick to the grate. Put it in the steamer and leave a certain amount of space. After the steam comes up, steam it for another 20 minutes before removing from the steamer.

9.The buns are out of the pot! ! ! I use an electric rice cooker, and two rice cookers work at the same time, which is faster. This picture and the previous one do not have the same grate because there are two pots.

10.Haha, the skin is thin and the filling is big, it’s delicious!

Many people nowadays don’t know how to cook. After all, with the development of social life and the very developed catering industry, our needs for food can basically be met. However, homemade food still has a unique taste. You can try to make black fungus vermicelli buns yourself according to the introduction above.
