Method 1: 1. Add fresh mulberries and water and use a juicer to make juice. 2. Install the bread-making blade in the bread machine container, put the ingredients in order, put the yeast powder into the special bucket, and select the option to make bread dough. 3. After the first fermentation is completed, take out the dough, knead it to squeeze out the air, divide it into 2 parts, and let it relax for 15 minutes. 4. Take one of the dough and roll it into a rectangle. Use a dough cutter to evenly cut into strips about 2 cm wide from 1/3 of the dough. Then roll it up from the other side, pressing it down as you roll. Then gently roll it up into equal strips, pinch the end to face downwards, and roll up the ends and pinch to form a flower shape.

5. Repeat the same process for the other portion. Sprinkle raisins evenly on the other 2/3 of the uncut strips and then roll it up. Roll and press at the same time to make the filling and dough adhere tightly. (You can use a cutter to help with the rolling process) 6. Take out the blades from the bread machine container. Place the freshly made flower-shaped dough in one bread container and another in a steaming container. Insert the two containers as shown in the figure. 7. Put the container back into the bread machine, lock the two containers as shown in the picture, select the fermentation mode, and carry out the second fermentation; when the fermentation is 90% full, select the baking mode to bake.

Method 2: 1. Put bread flour, active yeast, sugar, salt and milk powder into a dough bowl and mix well. 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix evenly with chopsticks. 3. Pour the seasoned eggs into each basin and knead the dough. Add a little water and knead until it can be gently kneaded with hands. If it is too dry, it will be difficult to knead and ferment. 4. Cover the mixed Nantuan with plastic wrap and let it stand for 1 hour to ferment, until it does not return to its original shape when pressed with your finger. 5. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions, use a rolling pin to roll it into long strips, put it into the toast mold, seal it with plastic wrap and let it ferment again until it is 1.5-2 times larger than the original size. 6. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for 5 minutes. Put the toast mold into the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
