1. First, cut the carrots, fungus, green peppers and onions into small pieces.

12. Flatten the small dose.

13. Roll it into a thin skin that is twice as big as the dumpling skin.

14. Wrap the mixed ingredients in it, circle it with your index finger and thumb, and pinch out a big belly and a small waist in the middle. It will be done when it looks like a flower blooming on top.

15. Put it into the steamer and cook on high heat for ten minutes.

16. The delicious steamed dumplings are ready.
