Simple siomai recipe

1. Add various seasonings to the minced meat and mix well for later use (refer to my last recipe: Minced Meat Stewed Eggs). This time I used the minced meat left over from the stewed eggs.

6. Mix the minced meat with the king oyster mushroom and salted egg white cubes and set aside

7. Take a few dumpling wrappers bought outside and set aside

12. After turning off the heat, wait for 3 minutes before serving the siu mai.
