How to make American ham and cheese sandwich

Whether you eat well or not is often directly related to your health. If we want to have a healthy body, we can't just go out to restaurants to eat on weekdays to satisfy ourselves. The American ham and cheese sandwich is simple to make. As long as you spend a little time to learn, you can soon make a delicious dish at home.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients, heat the pan, and fry two slices of toast on each side without adding oil until browned (do not fry the other side for now); add base oil and fry the eggs; fry the American ham until crispy, leaving the remaining oil in the pan for later use; slice the tomatoes.

2. Place the above processed ingredients on the toast and put Thousand Island dressing/mayonnaise between the ingredients. Avoid direct contact between the watery tomatoes and sauce on the toast to prevent them from becoming soft.

3. Cover with another piece of toast and fry the toast with the remaining oil from the omelette until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

4. Cut diagonally or horizontally according to personal preference, sprinkle a little chopped parsley as decoration, and serve on a plate.

5. You can also pair it with tomatoes and garnish it with mint leaves. When you have time on the weekend, make it for yourself or your loved ones. It will fill your day with positive energy and is the best motivation to get up early.
