1. Prepare the Balang fish and Puning bean paste

2. Wash the croaker, drain the water, apply a small amount of bean paste on the fish body and belly and marinate for 5 minutes

3. Cut the ginger into shreds and put it into the fish belly and fish surface

4. Bring water to a boil and add the marinated croaker

5. Cover with lid and steam over high heat for 6-8 minutes, then turn off the heat.

6. Add sugar and oil to the remaining bean paste and put it in the microwave on high heat for 1 minute
