How to make pork belly roll

1. Cut mushrooms and bamboo shoots into small pieces and blanch them. (Don’t cut the mushrooms too small. I cut them too small and it was difficult to squeeze out the water later.)

2. Squeeze out the water from the blanched mushrooms and winter bamboo shoots and chop them into small pieces.

3. Chop the shrimp into paste, add minced meat and vegetables, cooking wine, salt, pepper, a little sugar, chopped green onion

4. Stir in one direction

5.Blanche the tripe in water. (Blanching can remove the beany smell)

6. Cut the tripe into ideal lengths and place the minced meat on one end. (I cut a sheet of blinds in half)

7. Roll it up and continue rolling until it reaches the end. (When you start rolling, roll it tightly and try not to leave any gaps. Be gentle and don't tear the blinds.)

8. Place the rolled bean curd rolls with the seam facing downwards and steam them over high heat for 10-15 minutes. Cut into sections after steaming. (After the bean curd rolls are steamed, there will be soup in the dish. It will taste better when you pour the soup over them. Or you can cut them into pieces and cook them in broth.)
