Italian-style saury recipe

Cooking is a science and of course a skill. Only with a good method can we make delicious dishes. Today I will introduce to you a method of cooking Italian-style saury that is both delicious and pleasing to the eyes!

1. Chop black olives and sardines into small dices.

2. Add minced garlic to a pan with olive oil and sauté until fragrant.

3. Add sardines and black olives in turn.

4. Add tomatoes last.

5. Add a little salt and black pepper and stir-fry into tomato sauce.

6. Remove the head, tail and bones of the saury, and marinate it with red wine and a little salt for about 10 minutes.

7. Dust with a little flour (high, low, medium flour, all are OK).

8. Add a little olive oil and fry until golden brown.

9. Serve on a plate and pour the sauce on top. Lemon, mint garnish.
