1. Four pieces of water tofu.

2. 100g fat (cut into thin slices), appropriate amount of ginger (sliced).

4. Add the tofu, adjust the temperature to 700W, and fry on low heat for 3-5 minutes (4 minutes is best).

5. Turn over and continue frying the other side.

9. Add shredded chili peppers and stir-fry intermittently.

10. Stir-fry until the pepper is cooked, then add the scallion segments.

11. Add tofu and stir-fry carefully for one minute.

12. Add salt and a little soy sauce or oyster sauce and serve.

13. The food is served. It is both vegetarian and meaty. It is quite good.
