Cover the lid, and after the water boils, turn to high-medium heat and fry until the water is almost dry (you can hear a sizzling sound), then turn to medium-low heat and fry for 3-5 minutes 9. Remove from heat and wait for 1-2 minutes before uncovering the lid. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and cooked sesame seeds.
