How to make three fresh fried dumplings

As the National Day holiday is approaching, you must be very excited. You must have already thought about where to go for fun. What to eat? Although there are many delicious foods outside, the hygiene is very worrying. Instead of doing that, you might as well do it yourself. Well, now I will teach you how to make three fresh pan-fried buns.

1. Put 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder into a medium-sized Lock & Lock 3P salad bowl and mix well.

2. Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of Fast Rising Yeast, and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, add 180ml-200ml of warm water (not too hot), mix well, and let stand for 10-15 minutes

3. Stir ingredient 1 with chopsticks while adding ingredient 2 until the flour is no longer visible and knead into a relatively smooth dough.

4. Apply a little water to the edge of the basin, cover with plastic wrap, and place in a warm and humid place until the dough rises to twice its original size.

5. Add appropriate amount of chopped mushrooms, chopped celery, eggs, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onions, sugar, soy sauce, and sweet potato starch to the minced beef (30% fat) in a small Lock & Lock 3P salad bowl. Add the braised pork broth while stirring. Finally, stir in the same direction until it is strong.

6. Divide the fermented dough into 12 small portions, roll each portion into a thick middle and thin edge dough, wrap each dough with an appropriate amount of fillings, close the top to form a bun, cover with plastic wrap, place in a warm and humid place, and ferment for about 15-20 minutes.

7. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan, put the second-fermented buns into the pan, leaving some space between the buns, and pour in water that covers 1/3 of the buns.

8. Cover the lid, and after the water boils, turn to high-medium heat and fry until the water is almost dry (you can hear a sizzling sound), then turn to medium-low heat and fry for 3-5 minutes

9. Remove from heat and wait for 1-2 minutes before uncovering the lid. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and cooked sesame seeds.
