How to make Xiaozhu Braised Cabbage

1. Cut a Chinese cabbage into strips about 2 cm long

2. Chop some ginger and two peppers into small pieces. Then add two small spoons of starch, some soy sauce, a little vinegar, some chicken essence, some salt, sugar, water (not too much, just enough to dissolve the starch), and a few drops of sesame oil into a bowl and stir well.

3. Put oil in the pan, add minced ginger and chili and stir-fry until fragrant

4. Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry until the cabbage stalks are translucent, then add the prepared sauce and stir-fry until the starch is evenly coated on the cabbage.

5. It's ready. It looks good. This dish is moderately sweet and sour, with a little bit of spicy taste. It's very suitable for eating with rice.
