1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat

3. Add peanut oil and mix well

4. Pour in powdered sugar and mix well

5. Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well

6. Add sesame seeds

7. Mix into a uniform batter

8. Preheat the egg roll mold on the fire

9. Take a spoonful of batter and place it in the center of the mold

10. Clip it and bake for 2-3 minutes on each side.

11. Bake until both sides are golden brown

12. Roll up while hot
