4. Use a whisk to gently mix in irregular directions until it becomes a uniform batter and set aside.

5. When the egg whites are beaten into bubbles, add one third of the remaining 80 grams of powdered sugar and a few drops of white vinegar.

6. Continue beating until it becomes thick and has coarse foam, then add one third of powdered sugar.

7. Beat again and add the remaining one third of powdered sugar when lines appear.

8. Continue beating. When you lift the whisk, the egg white can pull up a short upright point, indicating that it has reached the dry foam state. The egg whites are beaten.

9. First, add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk and matcha paste, and stir slightly with a rubber spatula.

10. Add the mixed paste to the remaining egg whites, gently scrape up from the bottom and mix well.

11. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the batter into the cake mold and shake off the large bubbles.

12. Put the cake batter into a preheated oven at 130 degrees. Bake at 130 degrees for 40 minutes and then turn to 170 degrees for 40 minutes. After baking, take out the cake and turn it upside down to cool before demoulding

13. Cut the cooled cake into thin slices.

14. Use a suitable mold (I used a cup) to cut out round cake slices on the cake sheet.

15. Cut cake slices.

16. Add appropriate amount of fine sugar to the whipped cream and beat until hard peaks form.

17. Slice the banana.

18. Take a piece of cake, use a piping nozzle to squeeze a circle of whipped cream around it, and place two banana slices in the middle.

19. Cover with another piece of cake, then squeeze cream and put banana slices on it, making three slices in total. After putting the bananas on the top layer, squeeze some whipped cream on it to cover it.
