9. Pour the liquid gelatin powder into the mango paste and mix well. Put the prepared mango cheese paste into the refrigerator and refrigerate until it is about the same as the whipped cream.

10. Pour the animal cream into a large bowl and beat with a whisk until the texture is retained;

11. Mix the whipped cream and mango cheese paste, and stir from the bottom up. The mixed mango paste should be fluffy and thick.

12. Pour the mixed mango paste into the mold that has been lined with digestive biscuits, smooth the surface, put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, then remove from the mold and eat.
