12. Cut a small hole on the tip of the piping bag, draw a line pattern on the baking tray covered with baking paper, put it in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 1.5 minutes and take it out

14. Use a scraper to smooth the surface of the cake batter, tap the bottom to remove large bubbles, and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes. You can use a toothpick to test if it is not sticky.

15. Immediately turn the baked cake upside down on the drying rack to prevent shrinkage. Tear off the wax paper while it is still hot and cover it back to prevent cracks when rolling.

16. After the cake has cooled down a little, turn it over with a clean wax paper, apply a small amount of whipped cream, and sprinkle the surface with sweetened red beans evenly.

17. Roll it up tightly, wrap it in wax paper to make it look like candy, and refrigerate it for 1 hour to set.

18. Whip the whipped cream with powdered sugar until clear, stiff lines appear.

19. Cut the cake roll into a caterpillar shape, spread butter cream on it, use biscuit strips as antennae, and use candied red beans as eyes for decoration.

20. You can also slice the cake roll to make a fragrant matcha honey red bean cake roll.
