1. Prepare the necessary materials.

2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft.

3. Put the mulberry wine in a food processor and blend it into juice.

4. Add powdered sugar to the whipped cream and beat until it is still fluid.

5. Pour the mulberry wine into the whipped cream.

6. Mix the whipped cream and mulberry wine and beat until they are 60% to 70% fluffy.

7. Put gelatin sheets in 50 grams of water, microwave for 30 seconds, take out and cool in cold water.

8. When the gelatin sheets are cool enough to not be hot to the touch, pour them into the mousse mixture.

9. Mix it well.

10.Wrap the bottom of the mold with tin foil.

11. Pour the mousse paste into the mold and refrigerate for more than 4 hours before removing from the mold and eating.
