3. Lychee and red dates pork ribs soup Ingredients: pork ribs, lychees, potatoes, red dates, ginger, salt Method: 1. Wash the ribs, boil them in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove and set aside. 2. Put water back into the pot and boil it. Add the ribs and ginger and cook on high heat for 10 minutes, then simmer on low heat for 1 hour. 3. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces. Peel and core the lychees and wash the red dates. 4. Add potatoes, lychees and red dates and bring to a boil. Then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. 5. Add a little salt to taste.

4. Red and white radish pork ribs soup Ingredients: half a white radish, 2 carrots, 1 pound of ribs, 4 slices of ginger, salt, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 scallion. Method: 1. Wash the ribs and cut into 3-4cm segments. Put them into a pressure cooker, add water to cover the ribs by about 3cm, and add salt and ginger slices. 2. After the water boils, remove the foam. Test the soup for saltiness and adjust the amount of salt. Cover the pot, cook for 3 minutes after the water starts to boil, and turn off the heat. 3. Cut the white radish and carrot into small cubes half the size of the pork ribs, put them into the pressure cooker and cook for 3 minutes after the pressure cooker starts to boil. 4. Finally, add soy sauce and scallions.
