How to cook beef brisket with beef tendon

1. Beef tendon and beef brisket. (Ask the butcher to cut it for you)

2. Blanch the washed beef tendon and brisket.

3. Required seasonings: onion, ginger, star anise, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, grass knives, angelica, licorice, rock sugar, and chili.

4. Put the smaller seasonings into the gauze bag.

5. Put water in a pot and place on fire, add the seasoning bag and remaining seasoning (remove the core of the red fruit)

6. Add cooking wine.

7. Add dark soy sauce to adjust the color.

8. Add the blanched beef and tendon, and small onions (cut the small onions into quarters)

9. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.

10. Stew for about 1.5 hours, add salt, and stew for about 30 minutes until the tendon and brisket are soft.
