How to make Mapo Tofu Chicken

12. After stewing for a few minutes, pour in a bowl of starch water and pour it along the edge of the pot to collect the sauce.

13. Finally, put the tofu on a plate and sprinkle some pepper powder and chopped green onion on it. I didn’t buy green onions today, so I used coriander.
