How to steam leafy vegetables

1. Prepare 1 handful of leafy vegetables and a small bowl of flour (I forgot to include the flour in the picture)

2. Remove the old leaves from the roots of the leafy vegetables, clean them and set aside to control the moisture. I usually wash them the night before and steam them the next morning.

3. Sprinkle a small amount of salt and flour on the water-controlled noodles.

4. Mix the flour and the noodles evenly. It is best to coat the noodles evenly with a thin layer of flour.

5. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil for a few days. Put the flour-wrapped leafy vegetables into the steamer.

6. Steam over high heat for five minutes. The specific time depends on the quantity and pot you make.

7. Mash the garlic into garlic paste, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, sesame oil and cold boiled water to make seasoning water

8. Before eating, pour the seasoning water on the steamed noodles and mix well. Then you can start eating.
