How to make delicious Sophora japonica dumplings

  1. Chop 1 small piece of pork into minced meat, add sesame oil and a little light soy sauce, stir in the same direction, cover with plastic wrap and let it soak in the flavor.

  6. Add sesame oil, salt, chicken essence and pepper powder in turn. Stir each seasoning in the same direction until evenly mixed before adding another one to make the vegetarian filling.

  7. Put the other half of the chives and pork filling together, stir evenly in the same direction, and add the other half of the Sophora japonica flowers, the amount of Sophora japonica flowers should also account for 1/2 of the total.

  8. Add salt, chicken essence and pepper powder in turn. Stir each seasoning in the same direction until evenly mixed before adding another one to make meat filling.

Precautions

  1. In order to highlight the sweet taste of Sophora japonica flowers, Sophora japonica flowers must account for more than half of the dumpling filling.

2. It is best to add seasonings such as salt and chicken essence before making the dumplings. For example, if you are making vegetarian fillings first, just season the vegetarian fillings first, and then season the meat fillings when you are ready.
