6. Pour into a strainer, rinse with cold water and drain. (Rinsing with cold water can make the dishes more colorful)

7. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the drained pig heart, garlic sprouts and chili peppers, then pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry over high heat for half a minute and remove from heat.

8. Serve. Do not stir-fry for too long, stir-fry thoroughly, otherwise the pig heart will become overcooked and will not taste good.

9. Not fishy at all, the garlic sprouts are crispy and the pig heart is tender and juicy.
