How to make Taiwanese candied cake

Eggs: 600g Sugar: 400g Salt: 7g Low-gluten flour: 350g Baking powder: 10g Whole milk: 100g Meat floss for candied cake: 180g Cake oil: 35g Soybean oil: 300g

Operation steps 1: Put eggs, fine sugar and salt into a whisk and mix at medium speed until evenly mixed.

3: Add cake oil and bake at high speed for 1 minute, then change to medium speed and add soybean oil, stir evenly, then put into the mold 80% full and bake at 200/180 for about 30 minutes.
