Healthy Sweet and Sour Spanish Mackerel Recipe

1. A fresh Spanish mackerel can be frozen and cleaned first. It is easier to cut.

5. Use low heat to dry the water in the pot. When the water is almost dry, pour a little water starch to make the fish taste stronger.
