How to make baked pomfret with shallots

8. Add the pomfret, shredded ginger, the other half of the dried chili shreds and some of the green pepper shreds, and drizzle with the remaining 1/3 of the juice. Cover the pot and bake for 12 minutes without removing the lid.

9. Remove all the green onions, take out the fish and put it on a plate, sprinkle with green pepper, red pepper, and shredded ginger, pour the remaining juice in the pot, and sprinkle with coriander.
