1.1 Cut the red pepper into shreds and the green onion into sections for later use.

2.2 Grow your own mung bean sprouts. The method of growing mung bean sprouts is in my diary. Pick the roots of the mung bean sprouts and wash them. (It’s OK not to pick the roots, it doesn’t affect the taste at all)

3. Put a little oil in a hot pan. When the oil is hot, add the peppercorns and fry them on low heat. After the peppercorns are fried, remove them and discard them, leaving the oil in the pan.

4. Add the red pepper shreds and stir-fry briefly, then add the bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat.

5. Quickly add a small amount of salt, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and two spoonfuls of vinegar and stir well. Finally, add the scallion segments and serve.
