How to make tea-flavored roast chicken

1. Wash the chicken and drain.

2. Then mix the five-spice powder and salt and rub it on the inside and outside of the chicken. Stuff the chicken with chopped green onion and ginger and marinate for 2 hours.

4. Add onion, ginger, cooking wine and water

7. Line the baking tray with tin foil and place rice, brown sugar and tea leaves on it.

8. Place the grill on the stove, then put the chicken in the oven. Preheat the oven to 250℃ and bake for about 10 minutes. When the tea leaves and sugar start to smoke and the chicken is colored, turn off the heat and take it out. Brush it with sesame oil.
