1. Half a duck, two spoons of cooking wine, one spoon of oyster sauce, two spoons of dark soy sauce, one spoon of sugar, pepper, MSG, salt, scallion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, peppercorns, onion. Mix all the seasonings evenly, marinate the duck in a thick bag, and put it in the refrigerator for one day. [I didn't put it in the refrigerator, but hung it directly on the balcony for one day. The current temperature is definitely no problem, saving electricity]

2.1 After baking for 30 minutes, take it out and brush it with honey water again, let it cool down a little, and then bake it in the oven for 30 minutes. At this time, the temperature needs to be adjusted to 160 degrees.

3.2 Take out the marinated duck and place it on a baking tray, then apply honey water on the skin [honey plus a little warm water is a 1:1 ratio], let it cool, put it in the oven and bake, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the baking tray in the middle layer, and bake for 30 minutes

4. After 30 minutes, take it out again and brush it with a layer of honey water, then use tin foil to wrap the duck legs, duck wings and other small parts, and then put it in the oven again at 220 degrees high temperature, bake it in the upper layer of the oven for 5 minutes.
