How to make spicy honey grilled spareribs

How to make spicy honey grilled spareribs

People cannot live without food from the moment they are born. There are many things we need to eat throughout our lives, and diet is closely related to our physical and mental health. Many patients in reality are caused by eating. Therefore, eating well can not only beautify your skin, but also prevent diseases. Now, I will introduce the method of making spicy honey grilled spare ribs.

1. Soak the whole piece of pork ribs in a basin for half an hour and then rinse them clean; you can also cut the ribs into small pieces, put 2 to 3 pieces on each plate after roasting, and then add fruits and vegetables to make a good main dish for a Western banquet.

2.1 Then add the scallion and ginger (smash with a knife) and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the meat is fully cooked, but not so cooked that the meat is boneless and shapeless; then take out and let it air dry until it is not hot to the touch; the pork rib soup can be filtered and saved for stock

3.2 Put cold water and 1 spoon of cooking wine in the soup pot, then put in the ribs and boil over high heat, skim off the foam, no need to add salt, because the marinade will be salty enough

4. Put the barbecued pork sauce, chili sauce, sweet and spicy sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, honey, and crushed black pepper in a large plate, then add half a tablespoon of pork ribs soup and stir into a thick sauce. Do not add salt, I think the saltiness of the sauce is enough.

5. Cut the cooked ribs vertically along the bone seam with a knife, but do not cut all the way to the end, leaving them connected. Then put them in the sauce, cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight.

6. Cover the grill or baking tray with tin foil, place the marinated ribs on the tin foil, then use a brush to carefully brush the sauce all over the ribs, and bake in the middle layer of a preheated 220-degree oven for 20 minutes; then turn the ribs over and brush them with sauce again and bake for another 20 minutes; finally, turn the meat side of the ribs up, brush them with sauce again and bake in the upper layer of the oven at 250 degrees for 5 minutes, until the surface is slightly charred, they are done (in this last step, you must carefully observe the ribs in the oven, be careful not to burn them, a slightly charred color is fine). If there are exposed bones, wrap them in tin foil before roasting to prevent them from burning.

Maybe you have never cooked your own food at home before. But after reading the introduction to the recipe of spicy honey grilled spare ribs, you will definitely be able to do it on your own. The process may be a bit tedious, but the result is sure to be wonderful.
