How to make fried wontons

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce you to the method of making fried wontons.

1. Remove the shrimp heads, peel the skin, and use a toothpick to remove the shrimp intestines.

4. Add a small amount of light soy sauce.

5. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

7.2 Add a little cooked cooking oil.

8. Knead the dough with warm water. After the dough is kneaded, cover it with sugar and let it sit for ten minutes.

9. Roll the sugared dough into thin pieces and fold it like a fan.

10. Cut into pieces about 5 cm long.

11. Unfold the cut dough slices one by one, stack them together, and then cut them into square slices.

12. Take a dough sheet and put a small amount of filling in the center.

13. Fold the dough in half. It doesn’t need to be folded neatly, you can stagger it a little.

14. After folding the wonton wrapper, fold it in half again from the bottom upwards.

15. Pull the two ends of the layer containing wonton filling together.

16.Pinch the two ends tightly. A wonton is wrapped. Wrap all the wontons in this way.

17. Heat oil in a wok. The amount of oil should be similar to that used for normal cooking.

18. Put the wontons into the pan once the oil is slightly hot.

19. Cover the pan and fry on low heat until the bottom is golden brown, then turn it over and remove from the pan when both sides are fried brown.

It is not difficult to understand how to make fried wontons, but it is not very easy to make them well. This requires our own attention and diligent practice.
