How to make a hearty lunch

When we turn on the TV and see food programs, I think everyone can’t resist the temptation. 1. Cook the rice first. Wash the rice and purple rice, put a few big red dates into the rice cooker, and cook for a while.

2. Wash the chicken wings, boil water, put the chicken wings in after the water boils, remove the chicken wings and drain

3. Change to a pot of clean water, bring it to a boil, add chicken wings, ginger slices, and water, then turn to low heat and simmer the soup slowly. The longer it is boiled, the more collagen it will contain.

4. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic, pinch off the ends of the lentils and break them into pieces of the same size.

5. Add a little oil to the pot and put in a few large pieces of aniseed.

6. Stir-fry until fragrant and remove the aniseed petals

7. Add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

8. After the sauce is fragrant, add a little chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant

9. Add lentils and stir-fry until the lentils are slightly wilted.

10. Add a little water, cover the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes

11. Open the lid to collect the juice and sprinkle some minced garlic before serving
