How to make fried noodles with cabbage and fish

1.1 Cut the cabbage into strips and set aside.

2.2 Flour, water, cabbage, red pepper strips, tomato strips, onion strips, green garlic strips, salami strips, salt, chicken powder, finely crushed black pepper, minced garlic, rice wine, and olive oil.

3.12 Cut the tomatoes into strips and set aside.

4.21 Use clean water to mix the flour into a dough that is as soft and hard as dumpling dough. After mixing, let the dough relax for half an hour.

5.1 The thickness of the dough should be about 0.5 cm.

10. Bring the water to a boil in a soup pot, add the fish noodles and cook until they float to the surface. Then cook for another 2-3 minutes and then remove from the pot.

11.1 Heat another pan, add olive oil and stir-fry salami.

12.2 Then cool it with cold water and set aside.

13. After the sausage is stir-fried, add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the onion and stir-fry.

14. After putting the onion into the pan, stir-fry it for a while, then add the tomato strips and then the red pepper strips.

15. After stir-frying evenly, add in rice wine and stir-fry evenly, then add in green garlic and stir-fry evenly.

16. After stir-frying the above ingredients, pour in the cabbage and stir-fry evenly.

17. Season with salt first, then pour in the fish noodles and stir-fry over high heat for two minutes.

18.Finally, sprinkle in crushed pepper and chicken powder.

19. Stir-fry evenly and serve.
