300g salted cucumber, 100g ham, 1 red pepper and 1 onion each

1. Wash all the ingredients, cut the pickled cucumber into small pieces, dice the ham, remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut into small pieces, and cut the green onion into small pieces.

【Tips】

Pickled cucumbers have a stronger taste, so when stir-frying them with ham, there is almost no need to add salt. Adding some sugar when eating can neutralize its salty and sour taste.
